Shipping and Return Information
We are making some changes to our online store, since we have partnered with @undergroundgraffix we can offer pre-order limited edition StanceEast merch. We will have the pre-order open online for a couple weeks and then production and shipping can happen. Watch for updates on FB and Instagram.
We are also changing the way we ship orders. Since it is just Will and I handling orders, while juggling careers and families, we are going to drop ship twice a month. We are aiming for the 15th and 30th of each month. Shipping times should be expected from those dates not the date ordered. This really has been the way things have been happening anyway, but now it is more transparent and expectations on delivery times can be easily understood.
Most items will be sent by Canada Post. Small packages sent in regular letter mail do not have tracking numbers. Packages sent by regular or expedited do.
The customer is responsible for inputting their correct shipping address. If you have made an error contact us immediately via the contact form on the website. Please confirm your address on the Canada Post website if you live in a rural area.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason let us know right away so we can fix it for you!
We can accept returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Damaged or defective products will be replaced.
